BondVision Client Application

The institutional clients access the dealer via a C++ application, using HTTP protocol and TCP/IP. Standard Oracle e-commerce technology has been used to ensure message integrity and high performance between the remote users and the central trading platform in MTS.

The Multi Market Client is a Visual Basic application that allows the user to participate in the BondVision and Telematico Online Markets.

The Multi Market Client uses the Internet to access the services provided by the MTSnet system.

To guarantee the security of the transactions the following mechanisms are used:

• User Identification – The user has a unique username and password to access the system.
• This information is required to log into the system. The username is unique within the market.
• Digital Certificates – In the case of a PKI connection mode, the user must have a digital certificate to be permitted to access the system.
• Encryption – The transactions are encrypted using public key cryptography
• Each End User belongs to a member. A member is identified by a unique Member Code.
