Terms and Conditions of the use of the BondVision® Website

Any user (the “User”) of the BondVision® website (www.bondvision.net, hereinafter the “Website”) and (i) the information (“Information”) contained in the Website such Information including but not limited to the daily volumes and prices of the markets whether on its own or in relation to any other information; and (ii) the content (“Content”), such Content including but not limited to text, software, photographs, videos, graphics, music, logos, button icons, images and audio clips) shall at all times be subject to and hereby acknowledges and accepts the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) regarding the use and distribution of the Information and the Website.

BondVision® and/or its licensors, licences and/or affiliate companies own the intellectual property rights (“Intellectual Property Rights”) whether or not registered including the proprietary information related to and contained within the Website, the Information and/or the Content. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as transferring, granting or conferring (either directly or indirectly) to the User or to any third party, any right, title or licence for the use or distribution in respect of any Intellectual Property Rights, Information or Content or any other proprietary information contained or subsisting in the Website unless otherwise set out hereunder.

The User may use the Information for its own internal purposes (but in all cases shall not commercialise, sell or distribute the Information (or combined it with any other information in order to commercialise, sell or distribute any or all of the product of that combination) in any way whatsoever without the prior written consent of BondVision® or the relevant licensor, licensee or affiliate company.

In providing the Information for use under the terms and conditions hereunder, BondVision® is not: (i) providing investment, tax, financial, trading, accounting or legal advice; nor (ii) offering or soliciting to buy or sell securities.

The Information contained in the Website is provided in all cases “as is” (whether indirectly or directly) without warranty, condition, undertaking or term of any kind and BondVision® makes no representations and hereby disclaims any express, implied and statutory warranties (whether now or subsisting in the future) of any kind included but not limited to such warranties is respect of satisfactory quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, timeliness or completeness of the Information for any purpose. BondVision® assumes no liability for the Information whatsoever (other than as required by law) including no liability for any errors, omissions or interruptions in the provisions of the Information.

BondVision® reserves the rights to change, alter, modify, discontinue or charge for the use of the Information at any time, in whole or part, either temporarily or permanently and without notice.

In using the, Website or the Information or the Content contained therein, the User hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts and this disclaimer shall be determined and construed in accordance with English law.
